BIO

Kimberly Hart is a multidisciplinary artist who creates evocative and surreal images from dreams, myths, and folk tales. She intuitively layers photographic, drawn, and hand-sewn elements to create beautiful and surprising imagery. Hart is currently exploring the intersection of the natural and the spiritual world. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group shows, including the Huntsville Museum of Art and the Wiregrass Biennial. She received her BA from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. Upcoming shows: Signs & Wonder at Lowe Mill Arts,  Myth in Form, and Under Pressure: Printmaking at the Carnegie Art Center in Decatur, Alabama. Hart currently lives and works in Huntsville, Alabama.
